Nick, the Computer Guy has been providing the highest level of service to clients since 2004. Our new name reflects our growth and commitment to continuing that service.
Unlike many of our competitors, we're not in the business of selling anything other than our services. If we make a recommendation regarding a software purchase or hardware upgrade that will improve your computing experience, we give you the option of purchasing the item yourself or having us do it for you as your agent. If we do purchase an item for you, we never mark it up. Whatever we pay is what you pay. And since we really, really hate paying full retail price for anything, we have developed many sources to help save you money on your IT purchases.
Are you tired of talking to a different person every time you call for help and having to explain the same thing again each time? Are you angry that your support call ends up in a foreign country with someone whose command of the English language makes your parrot sound like a PhD? Does listening to canned music and those annoying recordings telling you how important your call is while you're on hold for hours try your patience?

We charge a fair and reasonable hourly rate for our services that's less than half what you can expect from the "big boys". After all, they have to pay for those expensive stores and advertising somehow, don’t they? Or rather, you do.
